MahaRERA orders ‘remain on paper’ MahaRERA 명령서, 여전히 문서상으로만 남겨져
[INDIAN REAL ESTATE NEWS] Good morning, everyone. I’m Kim suhyeon staff of Kamagroup Pvt. Ltd. Here I have an important Indian real estate news to share with you which is as undermentioned.
PUNE: Many homebuyers are miffed with the delay in the execution of MaharashtraReal Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) orders, particularly related to refund recovery from developers, in their favour.
“MahaRERA issued a warrant in June last year against the developer and directed the collector to ensure recovery of nearly Rs37.94 lakh as part of refund with interests within three months. Six months have passed since the order was issued, but I am yet to get the money back despite several communications with the collector’s office and the home department,” a Pune-based complainant said.
“I keep on visiting the offices of MahaRERA and the collector, but nobody knows the status of the order. MahaRERA officials have said they would not intervene in the outcome, as their duty is to issue orders,” said the consumer, who is paying EMIs for the bank loan he had taken to buy the property and also rent.
